Welcomes user to CSOL site, directs them to the three pathways : learn, badges, challenges

The learn page includes: activities and programs This page will feature an interactive filter.
This page is a detailed description of the learn activity that a user clicked on. The page will include a description of the activity, the title of the activity, the dates the activity runs through, and will include a list of relevant/associated badges.
Page will display the badges, user can click on badge for info as well as apply through here. This page includes an interactive filter.
There are two pages included in /badges:

Earn (with apply buttons or a link out to sign up for badge related activity)
- Organization badges
- Citywide badges

Claim * user can enter claim code to get a badge
Details on the badge opportunity. Recommendations of similar badges. Allow the user to 'favorite' a badge they want to earn, to make it easy to find again. Allow the user to either sign up or apply for badge. Include the number of people that have earned or saved the badge.
- Enter an offline claim code.
- Log in or create account (workflow differs if the user is under 13)
- Badge is pushed to the users backpack behind the scenes
- Redirect to backpack
If the badge is an online 'challenge', include a filepicker.io picker that will upload evidence they've done the work for the badge.
This page will explain the citywide challenge and how to unlock the individual challenges. It will link to the STEAM badges. A variation of this flow chart needs to exist:

Collect username, email (of parent guardian for <13), and birthday.
Form for creating account should adapt once the required birthday field is chosen. If it's < 13, the user can't pick their own username, and must supply parent / guardian email.
