Running pods that use the secret will not be restarted and may continue using an outdated key causing 403. Not changing the secret is easier than implementing a change detection for that file.
Increases stability and startup performance.

Projector is replaced with a VNC based solution.
Keycloak based authorization is replaced with a custom solution (modelix.core/authorization) that is already used in the model-server.
