Install first all the dependencies to compile ntpperf
```
[root@centos7 ~]# yum install gcc make libpcap libpcap-devel
```

Once done, you can call make

[root@centos7 ~]# cd ntpperf/
[root@centos7 ntpperf]# make
cc -O2 -Wall -g -D_GNU_SOURCE -c -o perf.o perf.c
cc -O2 -Wall -g -D_GNU_SOURCE -c -o sender.o sender.c
cc -O2 -Wall -g -o ntpperf perf.o sender.o -lpcap -lm
```
You can know call `ntpperf`.
