With this update it is possible to use octokit.net.bot in .NET core apps (e.g. .NET Core ASP.NET) and it also updates to the latest versions of the required libraries.

Hope you find this useful

and also removes warnings for older .NET Framework version (e.g. .NET Framework 4.6.1).
