The updated DxCapsViewer is included in the Windows 10 SDK (10.0.20348.0), version 2104:

  • Added Feature Level 12.2 (DirectX Ultimate) feature detection
  • Updated DX12 for optional features exposed by D3D12_FEATURE_DATA_D3D12_OPTIONS2 - D3D12_FEATURE_DATA_D3D12_OPTIONS7, D3D12_FEATURE_DATA_SERIALIZATION, D3D12_FEATURE_DATA_ARCHITECTURE1, and D3D12_FEATURE_DATA_SHADER_CACHE.
    • Includes DXR, VRS, Amplification & Mesh Shaders, and Shader Model 6.6.
  • Added DirectX12 Video node
  • Updated DX11 for optional features exposed by D3D11_FEATURE_DATA_D3D11_OPTIONS5, D3D11_FEATURE_DATA_GPU_VIRTUAL_ADDRESS_SUPPORT, and D3D11_FEATURE_DATA_SHADER_CACHE.
  • Reorganized top-level view for easier navigation
  • Code cleanup
