Some new minor+experimental features.

  • remove ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION permission (e.g. would allow access to GPS)
  • allow use of QR scan site without camera permission (to paste contacts)
  • add video quality slider in debug view
  • show remote address for incoming call in debug view
  • add setting to enable hardware acceleration for video
  • add setting to disable audio processing (e.g. echo cancellation)
  • fix select lists for settings (e.g. for night mode)
  • show public key in settings
