Towards a more stable App.

simplify internal code structures
fix some crashes on call start and end
rework call event types
make connect timeout configurable
improve updates from previous versions
add setting to prompt before a call starts
remove button animation
add experimental feature to lookup MAC address in the system (ARP/ND) table
remove ICE Servers setting, no use and not used
add "auto" value to night mode setting

Attached is also a debug build for extensive debug messages.
