- Set AuditLog min/max for each column to prevent horizontal scrolling - Convert LogLevel to 4-5 character string for consistent GUI logging

Cleaned up some of the UI visuals.
Added a border to the initial setup wizard:
Also set the audit log columns to fixed width as well as translate the "Log Level" to a 5 character string (showing "INFO" in the column vs "INFOR", etc.)
