Resolves Docs: Add colab MWA to showcase simplicity, performance, and flexibility. #32
Alters catalog_splitter.py to skip conversion of catalog to pandas dataframe in order to fit within RAM limitations of Colab hosts
Adds steps to download required data files to Colab within the notebook
Adds link to notebook to open in Colab
