Feature/pairing exercises

Note: sorry for the unnecessary commits in reason of switching develop-environment

Changes:

• updates packages
• add editorconfig
• add new exercise in skill-section (skin the cat) with 3 progression levels (dead hang, inverted hang, skin the cat)
• changed tucked lever to timed
• when a set is logged skip to the next exercise or the next exercise within current bundle (see changes in section)

Section

• bundle: id to pair sections
• sets: number of sets to fulfill to switch between exercise within a bundle

Thank you very much for this PR.

I am currently away until 18th June so I won't be able to release the apps before that as I don't have access to my laptop or any other macbook.

Going to tag this and reply back once I come back.

I also need to contact NickE about the videos as those are missing for all new exercises.
