The reason for the broken build is that the package hash tests fail. I've been banging my forehead against the monitor for a while now and decided this could actually take much longer than I thought to fix. So I've opened #2 to remind me and in the meantime we can merge this PR. |

This PR ports over the code from:
to this new repo which will host OSM Ops going forward. There were some code changes and refactorings w/r/t the code in the original repo as well some mods to the workflow. Been tested, but more testing is always welcome!
