• scripts: this directory contains all of the scripts for generating the SVO ontology, website, and derived source files
• source: this directory contains the raw and derived source files containing information about SVO terms
• ontology files: this directory contains the ontology files
• website: this directory contains all of the generated html files for the SVO website
