Would be really nice to enable mechanisms that allow you to fast forward the simulation to an interest point. Always been a pain in development to have to crawl through 30 seconds of a scenario.

There are numerous ways we could achieve this (on startup, via command line, via the time widget), let's find the most useful workflow and assign it as a task for a future milestone.
