I've added a basic testing setup with vitest + an action to perform tests on CI.
I've currently removed playwright from the test script since we don't use it. I've also wrote some very basic test for the moment but i plan to extend a bit more on that. However it might be worth to initially merge this so that we can have this already setupped.
