The article in https://www.php.net/manual/en/tokenizer.installation.php says that it's enabled by default. So there is no need to warn about it. Could you remove it?

You can disable tokenizer support with --disable-tokenizer
--disable-tokenizer
TBH, still means it could be disabled: IMO worth keeping.
