R-arrow: revbump to unbreak after apache-arrow update #26729

Description

Required revbump was not done, and the port is broken now.

@herbygillot @reneeotten All the same story. macOS 15 times out (a lot of stuff should be built here from scratch), macOS 14 cannot install gcc13 :)
