This PR removes the global header script. 0.13.0 introduced the special references mechanism, and I'd like to utilize it so that the constructors (and other methods) previously present in the global header script will now be generated alongside the serialized values. This also makes it consistent with currently existing constructors (Iterator and AsyncIterator), as well as make the constructors on-demand.
