Mostly changes from: luxonis/depthai-core#124
And:

  • Refactored Python examples to not use deprecated API anymore
  • Modified CI and fixed/improved pybind_mkdoc11 to be able to use ubuntu-latest runner instead of macos-latest. Should make the initial build-docstrings job much faster. Added additional C++ include directories pybind/pybind11_mkdoc#10
  • Changed pybind11_mkdoc target dependency from depthai-core to depthai python library, enables faster clean build times

Merge with latest develop before merging.
