Flappy Bird Clone

MDST 2024 Fall Semester final deliverable for RL Neuroevolution team, lead by Luke Yang and Nathan Kawamoto.

To Save Weights:

1. Run training mode and run until you get a bird that you like
2. Press 'S' to save the bird.json to your local drive
3. Update the bird.json in the directory to change AI bird behavior in challenge mode
