opp tests

Simple image to test currently mainline opp table and bsp table

login: root/linux
there are two dtbs in /boot folder

• sun50i-h700-anbernic-rg35xx-plus.dtb (mainline)
• sun50i-h700-anbernic-rg35xx-plus-bsp.dts (anbernic opp table values)

there are also two scripts in /usr/local/bin

• scaling_setspeed_1.5.sh (test also 1.5Ghz freq)
• scaling_setspeed.sh

both scripts launch a stress-ng -c4 and changes randomly the cpu freq every 0.1s
