updates to the CLI chapter

to prepare for session 2 of this course, we make updates mainly to the CLI chapters.

was able to add/fix most of the things on the list.
some notes:

• i wasnt able to render the page at first, had to delete a line in the settings quarto.yml and in contents.qmd to do it. Maybe the fault of remote setup so I didnt commit my changes.

• Is the copyright for memes important? I think its hard to find memes with CC BY licence

• is it really necessary to switch to bash shell if zsh is installed? I think there a no differences to the commands we use.

haha, yes, probably no licenses for memes. should be fine.

you are right. but good to be aware of the difference. the way that this is covered in the book now is fine for our purposes.
