Page turns are achieved via a lower level than before, so now it should work with things like KOReader.

Page reverse was taken out of the config file, and just chosen now by a different start script in KUAL.

Waking the device is now possible, check the config file. (The current default key is 'tab')

Because of the lower level touch, page turns are reversed when the screen is upside down.

Now, the folder name of KindleLazy in 'extensions' does not matter anymore.

'kindlelazy', 'KindleLazy', 'KindleLazy-0.9" should all be ok!

KindleLazy is the same, but it should be more reliable, and now has the option to rotate the screen upside down :)

Open the zip, and put the 'kindlelazy' folder in to your 'extensions' folder.

The folder has to be named kindlelazy, if not, it won't work. (I can fix that issue later)
