Introduction To R

An introductory lesson on R and R Studio. This repository is supports the Introduction To R workshop given by the Penn State Libraries.

Usage

There are two primary branches to this project, master and gh-pages. They ideally they should both be current, but gh-pages is what is displayed. You are free to read, and download all the content as long as you comply with the license

Materials

A web based companion tutorial for a hands on workshop, but can act as a stand alone tutorial as well.

Working code for the tutorial and workshop are in the sample_scripts directory in the repository.

Contributing

Contributions are welcome. You can contribute to this workshop by

  1. Submitting issues
  2. Forking the repository, editing it and submitting your proposed changes as a pull request.
