feat: crmsh watchdog correction, remove obsolete assert for softdog

Enhancement:

• Remove obsolete assert for softdog, which was not working
• Add default softdog, to avoid issue when /dev/watchdog is not present causing SBD service to fail.

Reason:

• Assert code was causing inherent dependency on sbd_watchdog_modules, which should be optional, but it would not work without softdog present.
• Correction after implementing SBD support in https://github.com/sap-linuxlab/community.sap_install/tree/main/roles/sap_ha_pacemaker_cluster

Result:

• Tested and verified on SLES4SAP 15.
