One note is that the code isn't wrapped in a export function useResourceSelection function call.

Overall, I think that this reflects much of what we've discussed over this last week, thanks Allan.

I think we'll want to start trying to put it to use soon in Lessons so maybe we can start with this and tweak it if needed as we integrate it w/ that content search.
