Started as jekyll minima v2 and converting to v3

Local testing:

cd docs
bundle exec jekyll serve

Notes about conversion: (might help others)

In Gemfile:

gem "minima", github: "jekyll/minima"

and then

bundle install

Issues:

• icon-github.html and twitter/x.com icons:

            <a href="https://github.com/{{ site.github_username }}">
              <svg class="icon"><use xlink:href="{{ '/assets/minima-social-icons.svg#github' | relative_url }}"></use></svg>
            </a>

There is probably more but this seems to be working/rendering about the same as before, with auto dark mode.
