Feature release (minor)

This release improves performance of applications that include laminas/laminas-code in a significant way.

Thanks to investigation work done by @beberlei in laminas/laminas-zendframework-bridge#83, we found that the laminas/laminas-zendframework-bridge leads to significant runtime performance overhead, but that it can be completely avoided within laminas/laminas-code.
