I'm seeing more and more areas where Scala 3 features would be tremendously helpful (with more coming up in #340), and at this point sticking to Scala 2.13 no longer seems worthwhile.
While we wait for typelevel/cats-tagless#442 and the rest of typelevel/cats-tagless#401, I'm just hardcoding generated implementations of the interfaces here.
