- only visible when creating a Test Run from the main TESTING menu (e.g. not associated to a Test Plan already) - cannot be a popup window so it is just a simple redirect
- only visible when creating a Test Run from the main TESTING menu (e.g. not associated to a Test Plan and a product already! - adding a new Product resets the `Test plan` select widget
this fixes a bug where the Build drop-down is not cleared and may be showing values which are invalid for the current selection.
NOTES: If you try assigning a Build from a different product than the one which is currently selected you will get an error. After an error, or when creating a Test Run from a Test Plan this page will know exactly how to prepopulate the Build pop-up in order to avoid error.
