Current implementation creates the error: TypeError: can't convert cuda:0 device type tensor to numpy. Use Tensor.cpu() to copy the tensor to host memory first.
Earlier implementation gave this error: TypeError: can't convert cuda:0 device type tensor to numpy. Use Tensor.cpu() to copy the tensor to host memory first. Fixed it.

Both detector.py and first_stage.py gave the below mentioned error upon running. Made relevant changes to accommodate that error.
