The config for oxygen was for an older version (1.8) that we had in stack (1.11). One change that I care about is the dark mode which with 1.8 is partially not readable (top level header is black on black background, code snippets from markdown are light grey on white). For light mode the changes seem to be minimal.
These are both "dark mode"
Doxyfile was updated from template
doxygen -uhtml and css were regenerated for 1.11 as what we had were also the defaults but for 1.8
