From the heady days of 2009 comes Satoshi Nakamoto with the original Bitcoin Whitepaper. The genesis, or first, block contains the headline from the Financial Times, "The Times 03/Jan/2009 Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks." Just over ten years later our economic system has continued to debase its currency through opening unlimited US Federal Reserve financial backing.
Yet this time Decentralized Finance (DeFI) exists to try to provide an offramp to avoid this excess. The author of this project has followed and supported Cryptocurrency since sometime in 2013. Unfortunately subscribing to them generally requires Fiat, paper money printed by "fiat" or royal edict, and/or has a horrific on-ramp.
