[infra] 오라클 클라우드 k8s 배포 설정 #179

📝작업 내용

  • oracle cloud에서 개발용 k8s 클러스터를 배포하면서 설정이 변경되었습니다.
  • dns와 연결된 서비스가 아니라서 직접 ip를 입력해야 하는 제약이 있습니다. 추후에 무료 도메인을 연결 성공하거면 업데이트할 예정입니다.
  • swagger는 로컬에서 가동하여 사용하도록 유지하였습니다. 간단한 서비스이기 때문에 docker compose만으로 서버를 가동하여 사용하도록 했습니다. kpring/infra/compose.yml를 통해서 swagger ui 서버를 사용해주세요.
