Deprecated the following variables:

@jw-goldenrod
@jw-white (there was a duplicative instance that was not pure white)
@jw-scarlet (converted to a proper hover extension of @jw-red)
@jw-navy (converted to a proper hover extension of @jw-blue)
@jw-black-transparent-80
@jw-black-transparent-40
@jw-white-transparent

New variables:

@jw-red-hover (hover color for red buttons)
@jw-blue-hover(hover color for blue buttons)
@jw-slate-hover(hover color for gray buttons)

Fix for variable:

Incorrect data palette color for @jw-palette-c4
