you can clone running a command:
git clone [email protected]:juyoung/NUSA.git

After the modification, you update your local copy by running:
git add files
git commit -m 'experiment1N2'

in one step, you can use 
git commit -a -m 'experiment1N2'

-----------------------------------------------------------------
After updating the local copy, update the global repository:
git push origin master

maintain the local copy uptodate by copying the new data from global repository
