Allow rspec-rails helpers and RR test double framework to play nicely.

script/plugin install git://github.com/josephwilk/rspec-rr.git
Or grab it directly from git
git clone git://github.com/josephwilk/rspec-rr.git
Finally in your spec_helper.rb after your:
require 'spec'
require 'spec/rails'
Add:
require 'spec/rr'
Instead of using rspec_scaffold use:
script/generate rspec_rr_scaffold
