Tomcat portion of the prototype.

The project is an Eclipse project, ready to be imported.

ALICENSE.txt and NOTICE.txt refer to files licensed under the Apache License. These libraries are located in the lib folder.
BCLICENSE.txt refer to files licensed under the Bouncy Castle License. There is a custom build of Bouncy Castle named jorgecastle.jar in the lib folder that falls under this license.
