Fix parsing of date "00.00.0000" #1391

Problem:

An "invalid date" is reported if a date field
contains 00.00.0000 as date. That happens in
older devices that do not have a date, but only
weekday and time (eg. Wolf BM1).

Solution:

Accept 00.00.0000 as valid date.
