Support multi workflow setup (teams)

This fixes issue #9 with PR #10

v1 API only supported a single workflow. With the introduction of teams an account can now have multiple workflows.

This utilises v2 API to support multiple workflow states and limits workflows based on the project selected
(as both the project and workflow need to be in the same team)
