This is a renderer that can download the license files from the internet if there is a valid licenseUrl.
If there is a licenseUrl is not valid. It will generate an HTML file only contains the link of it.
After downloading all the files, it will generate a report for the license file which is downloaded, embedded, an HTML file, or it doesn't have any license files.
