v2.11.0-rc1

v2.11.0 is a going to be a large feature release containing many changes and new functions:

Changes

New

• Show status name as done column title if only a single closed status is shown
• Include shared versions into filter (#79)
• Only show issue statuses for trackers selected in filter (#108)
• Limit shown statuses to the one available in the project (#121, #127, #130)
• Store dashboard settings in user preferences (#39)

Changes

• Sort versions in filter (#78)
• Enforce workflow rules for all users

Fixes

• Duplicated filter items when including subprojects
• Fix possible session cookie overflow as dashboard settings are no longer store in the session (#144)

Looking for testers!

Unfortunately, I do not have access to any larger Redmine project anymore, nor am I activity using Redmine anywhere anymore. I can only test with some artificially constructed local project that cannot represent any real project or usage. I would really appreciate if you can test v2.11.0-rc1 in your project or organization and report any findings (or their absence). Thank you!
