Assignment:  Implement an out of order c16.

Rules:

    - you don't have to implement branches
    - you must have load, add, and subtract instructions. Everything else
      is optional
    - instructions can run out of order but must commit in order
    - you must implement some form of register renaming
    - your display must show that instructions are running out of order
    - be inventive and creative and have fun.

Deliverables:

    - working code
    - please share test cases with class
    - a description of your design in REPORT
