Description of Change

A more general suppression has been added to the hosted suppressions in #7058 (for #7057) for the same GAV so this suppression in the base file is unnecessary, and can be cleaned up for future releases rather than attempt to maintain this list of hundreds of CVEs :-)

Have test cases been added to cover the new functionality?

N/A

A more general suppression has been added to hosted suppressions so this can be cleaned up for future releases.
