Opens up a barebone python file whose contents are hot-reloaded upon modification. Any output is printed to the shell.
Assumes that pip3 and pluma and are installed. Feel free to adjust pyhck.sh if you prefer another editor.
pip3 install hotreload./pyhck.sh
