Lots of changes to the API (parameters) plus additional support for multiple backends.

  • add support for Stackdriver backend
  • clean up manifests/backends.pp to properly check and install backend(s) when declared
  • configure Graphite backend only if declared
  • update Vagrantfile, tests/vagrant.pp
  • update test matrix, dependencies, documentation
