adds a tank status rev light profile

Since I already have a dedicated RPM led bar I didn't need a third one on the wheel. Instead I wanted to show the status of the car's tank. I extracted parts of your code for this so I think it is fair to give it back to you :)

To use it select the ledsprofile for the wheel's RPM bar.
