This PR introduces the following logic:

  • A new RPM is created at each commit push.
  • Pushing on develop means the rpm is uploaded to nightly repository.
  • Pushing on master develop means the rpm is uploaded to beta repository.
  • Tagging means a release, uploaded to storm stable repository.
