The Chrome Bug

I've added a notification providing information about the Chrome bug and how to get around it in the meantime.
The playlist browsing button on the top right of a video in a playlist is now shown again.
Fixed an issue having to do with videos that don't have a description. Previously descriptions from the last video that was played would still persist.
