This is working for me as expected, and I'd be happy to hear any feedback. I know some of this package is going to have to be refactored for InvenioRDM; if some of that makes sense to do now let me know. |

Add codemeta as a metadata input format for Github-based records like the current .zenodo.json file.
This is fully working with a companion PR to apply the same behavior to Zenodo zenodo/zenodo#2010.
I do the metadata conversion in https://github.com/caltechlibrary/convert_codemeta, and the tests for the Zenodo format are in that package.
