Seemingly
parent.access.owned_byunderwent a breaking change in the REST API. This PR documents it. (Unless this is a bug)What was the reasoning for not keeping it as an array (of length 1)?

This is actually in keeping with Zenodo's API (see https://github.com/zenodo/zenodo-rdm/blob/master/invenio.cfg#L339).
